• 2 additional redelivery attempts – free of charge
• Redelivery arranged by receiver directly with courier at convenient time
• Full track and trace with on line POD including signature and email tracking updates.
  
• You are able to book up until 10AM for this service for new customers, once you have booked with us a few times, let us know and we will extend your account to be able to book up until 12:30 for the same day collection of the parcel delivery booking.
• The booking service is fast and secure, allowing your peace of mind that your information is safe.
