Pay Per Parcel is a key account holder with DHL.  Thanks to our massive buying power with our eBay and Amazon customers we have secured great discounts off the normal selling rates and can therefore offer you some of the lowest courier prices in the country! 

Simply book online using this portal today no need to call us!

The services you see offered on this website are identical to those offered by DHL themselves!

All orders are processed automatically using our online booking system. Once you have completed the online booking, simply print your generated label and afix it to your box and your collection will be arranged directly with DHL.

You may track the progress of the collection via the 'My Shipments' section where this retains a history of the bookings made and subsequent updates. An automated email is also generated and sent to the sender at 6pm each evening with the tracking updates.

On booking a parcel

* Follow the simple wizard to book your parcel and make the payment
*  On completing the payment stage if in 'My Shipments'  the status reads "Awaiting Customer Confirmation" this means the parcel is unpaid / un-allocated and you need to click on "view" and then click next to see the unallocated payment. Often this is a congestion charge or volume surcharge that has not been paid.
* Once the full payment has been made the status changes to "Awaiting Collection Request"
*  The parcel booking is then sent to DHL Head Office
*  DHL Head Office in turn validate the address has been entered correctly 
*  If the address is correct the status will be set to "Collection Booked" & sent on to your local depot automatically
*  Else if the address fails the status will be set to "Collection Request Refused" & the payment is automatically recredited to your account.  This allows you to book it again.  This has occurred on European deliveries when the postcode has either not been added or placed in the incorrect box.

N.B. It is not the responsibility of PayPerParcel to validate that your parcel is booked incorrectly.  Although we do our upmost to deliver a good level of customer service.
