Help bring injured Bride Carrie Home!
Hi,

Please help a new married couple come home.  Tragically new bride Carrie fell and broke her back on her honeymoon after falling off their balcony. They need to raise enough money urgently to bring her home for treatment.   So please donate all you can!

Server Hostings Issues (Resolved)
Hi Sean,

We are receiving reports of network performance problems for traffic reaching us via LINX. A number of the routes that run to us via LINX are experiencing issues and we also seem to be seeing that one of LINX's route servers has gone down. It is very likely that these events are related.

At this time there is no indication that any RapidSwitch infrastructure is involved. We are working to re-establish the connections if possible as well as communicating with LINX to find out what is causing this. We will provide further updates as soon as possible.

Increased liability cover upto £1000

You may select the additional cover by selecting the requred additional cover on step 3 of the booking wizard, see below.

Email tracking updates!
PayPerParcel is proud to be recognised as a cheap parcel delivery and an alternative to the Post Office and why we have now launched the email tracking updates so that you don't need to login to PayPerParcel to find out the status of your collections!

These email tracking updates are automatically sent out at 6PM each day until the parcels have been delivered, therefore allowing you full visability of the parcel details.

Please note that on some occasions beyond our control the drivers may use alternative parcel reference numbers and therefore the tracking will be unavailable.

Service Disruption Update
We are pleased to announce that the system failure between our system and DHL has now been resolved.

We would like to sincerely apologise for today's outage of the booking system, the fault was caused by our account being mixed up by DHL and therefore the domestic parcels were not booked.

Regular collections would have remained unaffected.

We discovered today that the recent upgrade for the customer services extension had some issues with some bookings performed on Saturday and the early hours of today, we are pleased to announce that the site is now fully operational and all issues with the bookings now resolved.
