Office is shut (Over 10" of snow has fallen)
Dear Customer,
Unfortunately over 10" of snow has fallen in the Midlands over night and its still snowing. We have therefore asked the staff to remain at home. They will be on call divert but understandably will only be able to chase queries and tracking via email as they are operating on their personal landlines. That said tracking and queries are often does this way anyway. Please accept our apologies for any inconvience caused.
On a last note may I taken this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and thank you for your business in 2010. Let's hope 2011 will bring less snow!
